RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURNS

At Cotton Creations, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that the goods you receive are flawed, we are happy to offer a full refund on all blank, regularly stocked merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt. If the goods you receive are not flawed but you would like to return them, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt but a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Custom printed products are not returnable. For custom products, if the product you receive differs substantially from the proof you created at Cotton Creations or if the goods are otherwise flawed in a major way from what you ordered, you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Unless the goods are flawed per our policy, we are unable to accept returns on custom goods.

To obtain a full refund for your return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Please contact a Cotton Creations representative via email at the following email address: returns@cottoncreations.com.  In the content of the email state your reason for requesting a return. If Cotton Creations has made an error or your goods are flawed, we will send you a return shipping label so you may return your order. (You may be asked to provide a photograph of the error/flaw so we can issue a shipping label.)**

Step 2:  Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that the product is in new and unused condition.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition to receive a refund.  Cotton Creations defines “new and unused” as a product in its original packaging. Products that have been washed, printed or otherwise altered are not eligible for return. Cotton Creations must receive back the full balance of towels purchased to complete the return.

Step 3:  After Cotton Creations receives and inspects your returned shipment for the error/flaw, a refund will be issued via your original payment method and you’ll be all set!

DEFECT RATE

Please note that while Cotton Creations does examine every order shipped, due to order volume we are unable to guarantee that 100% of our flour sack products are free of flaws. We put our flour sack towels through a quality control process to limit color, weave or size flaws to less than 5% per order. We have an accepted defect rate of 5% or less on wholesale blank goods. 

Please note that our U.S. processed flour sack towels are rustic in nature. Colored threads that get woven in through the machinery is not considered a flaw unless an unusual amount is present. Due to the fabric pliability and stretch, we allow for size variation in our flour sack towels of 1-2 inches less than or greater than the size specified for it.

CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES

At Cotton Creations we work hard to have your orders processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this means that the window of time between when your order is placed and when it is submitted to our warehouse for processing is very short. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once paid for our on our website. We cannot change shipping methods once an order has been placed, we will ship via the method chosen at check out. Shipping charges are agreed upon when you place your order and are non-negotiable.
