While Cotton Creations does examine every order shipped, due to order volume we are unable to guarantee that 100% of our products are free of flaws. We put our flour sack towels through a quality control process to limit color, weave or size flaws to less than 5% per order. We have an accepted defect rate of 5% or less on wholesale textile goods.
Please note that our U.S. processed flour sack towels are rustic in nature. Colored threads that get woven in through the machinery is not considered a flaw unless an unusual amount is present. Due to the fabric pliability and stretch, we allow for size variation in our flour sack towels of 1-2 inches less than or greater than the size specified for it.
At Cotton Creations we work hard to have your orders processed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that the window of time between when your order is placed and when it is submitted to our warehouse for processing is very short. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once paid for our on our website. Please only mark a quote as approved with everything being correct on it.
If the goods you receive are not flawed but you would like to return them, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt but a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
At Cotton Creations, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there is an issue with your order. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that the goods you receive are flawed, we are happy to offer a full refund on all blank, regularly stocked merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.
Clearance, Close-outs, Irregulars (seconds) are sold as is and are not returnable.
Custom printed products are not returnable. For custom products, if the product you receive differs substantially from the proof you created at Cotton Creations (placement or size of image) or if the goods are otherwise flawed in a major way from what you ordered (stains or holes), you may return the custom goods for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Please note, we do not alter customer-provided artwork unless our graphic design services are purchased. If you are unsure what your artwork will look like printed on different mediums, we recommend purchasing a sample before placing a large quantity order. We do not accept partial returns or exchanges — the full balance of towels purchased must be returned. Products that have been washed, printed or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to the original payment method.

We cannot change shipping methods once an order has been placed; we will ship via the method chosen at check out. Shipping charges are agreed upon when you place your order and are non-negotiable.
If you need to change the original shipping address or delivery time window, please contact us as early as possible—ideally before your order leaves our facility. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes without an additional fee.
At Cotton Creations we recognize the impact that shipping costs can have on our customers. To better accommodate your needs, we offer free shipping for orders of $200 or more before tax. Simply select the Free Shipping method at checkout. Also, this offer only applies to standard shipping rates to one location. When shipping to multiple addresses, only shipping to the first address will be free; standard shipping charges will apply to all other addresses. ***This offer only applies when shipping within the continental United States (shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur standard shipping charges). If an object or package is deemed oversized or overweight, additional shipping surcharges may still apply. Shipments will be sent to the shipping address provided during the checkout stage. Once checkout is completed, shipping method and shipping address can no longer be changed.
If your order does not meet the $200 minimum purchase requirement for free shipping, Cotton Creations offers other cost-efficient shipping options via pre-negotiated rates with both the US Postal Service and UPS. While some companies force you to use a singular preferred delivery service, we give you the option to choose the delivery method that best meets your budget and needs.
Order-to-ship turnaround time: Our average order-to-ship period is 2-3 business days for blank products and 8-10 business days for custom products, but this can be extended during periods of peak order volume (Fall).
**Please note that while Cotton Creations offers USPS Mail Service, for maximum reliability we recommend using UPS or FedEx options for expedited shipping. Cotton Creations cannot be held liable for any delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
***Please also note that at Cotton Creations we do our best to get your order ready for you as soon as possible without compromising our high-quality standards. We are happy to provide you an estimated ship date on orders, but these dates are estimates and final ship times may vary slightly.
