When ordering printed products:

Total Per Unit Price = Blank Product Price (quantity per order) + Printing Price (quantity per design)

Your final unit cost depends on the product you choose and the printing cost based on your design and quantity. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost becomes.

Discounts typically begin at 12 and 24 units on most items. However, our true wholesale print pricing begins at 50 units per design and price break at 101, 201, 301, 501, 1000+ units per design.

Our wholesale DTG printing prices are calculated based on the ink volume used in your specific design or logo. Because every design is different, we use your exact design file to accurately calculate your printing cost. 

We recommend getting a quote for the best pricing on orders over 50 units. This ensures you receive the most precise wholesale pricing possible for your artwork.

What You Need to Know

Production times vary depending on order size and season. Turnaround time (processing/production time) does NOT include shipping/delivery time. Fall is our busiest time of the year. We recommend ordering holiday goods as early as possible to avoid longer turnaround times. Please let us know if you need any order by a specific date.

  • Sample & small orders: ~2–8 business days depending on product
  • Wholesale orders: ~8-10 business days depending on quantity and season
  • Rush services available on request (subject to production schedule and product availability)

Tip: Orders in peak seasons may take longer. Our peak season starts in August and goes through November. We recommend giving at least 3-4 weeks for wholesale orders during this time.  Let us know if you have a deadline so we can help plan your production schedule. Many factors can happen that may push your order out earlier or later. We are not responsible for your deadline if we are not told it.

Rush services:

Please note that RUSH services are only available as permitted by the production schedule and will be assessed at the time of ordering. Rush service is the only way to guarantee a product needed by a certain date under 1 week. The fee does not include any shipping label upgrades if needed. 

The cost for this service is as follows:

  • +30% Surcharge ($50.00 minimum), 5-6 business days
  • +50% Surcharge ($100.00 minimum), 3-4 business days
  • +100% Surcharge ($150.00 minimum), 24-48 hours

TURNAROUND TIMES ARE ESTIMATES: YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU NEED SOMETHING BY A SPECIFIC DATE AT TIME OF ORDERING OTHERWISE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT.

Use our online Design Studio Accounts to:

  • Create your mock up layout with a live preview
  • Save your design and request a quote or add straight to cart
  • Submit your artwork in any print-ready format
  • Larger wholesale orders require a quote for best pricing

If you are building a design using the Design Studio tools, you must save it as a layout by using the save icon in the bottom right corner. Create a design account if you don’t have one. This is a different account login than our main website account. 

If you do not need to use the Designer’s tools, you can request a quote with this form and attach your artwork file to it. We will do the rest and send you a quote with a mock up for approval. 

Quotes can also be requested through email: info@cottoncreations.com. To get you the most accurate quote, please attach your design/logo file to the email and let us know the product choice, quantity wanted and your full shipping address.

Please make your image as large as possible for your quote request or order upload. Please title your art file with the image name and version if needed. 

We recommend your art file be at least 300dpi resolution and in the size dimensions that you want it printed in for best results. If we have to enlarge the art by a lot, the resolution will decrease. For example, if you want us to print a 12″ tall image, the image you send us should be at least 12″ tall, otherwise, print quality might go down when resized. 

  • BEST: PNG image files are preferable because they keep the transparencies of the image. Vector art which can be provided in an EPS, AI, or PSD files. Linked files or fonts may need to be included. 
  • OK: JPG, PDF

When you create the file for direct-to-garment printing, you’ll want to use RGB color settings. Illustrator (vector) files with strokes or fonts should be expanded to outlines before you do any resizing, while Photoshop (raster) files will need to be set to 300dpi or higher at the size you want them printed.

Art should have either a transparent or pure white backgrounds. Need help removing a background – let us know! Check out our Printing Tips page for more help with designing.

Print Size: Our max print size capability is 16″ x 21″. You will need to determine what the best print size is for your design depending on what size product you are printing on and how you want it to look. It is best to think about how you plan on folding, displaying or packaging your towels when determining print size and location.

Use our Printing templates or contact us for recommendations. 

TIP: Because we price based on ink volume used per design, larger or more saturated art can have a higher print price than smaller, lighter colored art. If you want to reduce your towel price, think about how you can utilize the size and colors of your design. You only pay for what you use!

Our DTG printers print in full color except white. No white in your art will print but will be transparent. You can leave a white background in your art as long as it is pure white. Any areas of your art that is not pure white will show up in the printing.

DTG printing does not allow for exact color matching or pantone color matching. We print the artwork as it is given. We cannot guarantee how the colors will turn out on a file. We recommend ordering sample prints first if a close color match is needed. 

Printing on natural (beige) or any colored fabrics can result in the colors of your art printing a different shade. This is because we do not use a white under base or pretreatments. We recommend darker color shades to be used on colored fabrics to give it the best chance of showing true.

We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more within the continental U.S. For international shipping, please contact us for a custom quote.

All towels are pressed and folded in half, then carefully packed and shipped in a box to ensure they arrive looking their best. We ship plastic-free whenever possible and do not use plastic packaging unless specifically requested.

If you need your towels folded a specific way (such as a tri-fold or other custom fold style), please let us know at the time of your order. This may be extra if not included already in your price.

Custom Packaging Options

Looking to elevate your presentation? We offer a variety of custom packaging and branding add-ons for an additional cost, depending on the option selected – ranging from $0.35-$0.80 per unit. Packaging options may include:

  • Bands and belly wraps
  • Stickers and labels
  • Hangers and hang tags
  • Polybagging (individual or set packaging)

These terms are agreed upon when placing an order with us. Custom orders are not returnable for any reason. Replacements/refund will not be given unless an order is substantially different from the digital mock up that was marked approved by the buyer. We reserve the right for under/over runs and have a 5% or less acceptable defect rate. Defects over 5% of your order, please reach out within 30 days for replacements. If an exact quantity is critical, the buyer is advised to inform us ahead of time and order a few extra items to ensure they meet their needs despite potential under-runs or defects.
